Cambodians were left in the countryside to die. No report was likely to be made by human rights organization. The Khmer Rouge saw "cruetly" as fair. Khmer Rouge planed to make Cambodia into a new country-one full of power and justice; however, out of this had amended cruetly and suffering and the increasing lost of human life.
ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាដែលនៅរស់នៅតំបន់ស្រុកស្រែហាត់ទៅរកសេចក្ដីស្លាប់។ គ្មានរបាយការណ៍ណាដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងអង្គការសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស។ ខ្មែរក្រហមយល់ថា «អំពើឃោរឃៅ» គឺមានភាពស្មើគ្នាខ្មែរក្រហមគ្រោងរៀបចំប្រទេសកម្ពុជាឱ្យក្លាយទៅជាប្រទេសដ៏ថ្មីមួយដែលពោរពេញទៅដោយអំណាច និងយុត្ដិធម៌ ប៉ុន្ដែចេញឆ្ងាយពីការកែប្រែដ៏ឃោរឃៅ និង សេចក្ដីវិនាសដែលធ្វើឱ្យការបាត់បង់ជីវិតមនុស្សចេះតែកើនឡើង។
