Chhun Chay, working in small cell, division 170, confessed that he indoctrinated Koch Saroeun, Pol Pheng and Loek Sam-An with treason ideology to join Free Khmer in 1970. After that Chhun Chay reported to Cham Ny, chief of battalion, division 170, that he was able to build up the 3 traitorous networks above. Beside that Chhun Chay did not clarify.
ឈុន ចយ កងតូច កងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា កុច សារឿន, ប៉ុល ផេង និង ឡឹក សំអាន ជាមនុស្សរបស់ខ្លួនអប់រំ និងបញ្ចូល ជាខ្មែរសេរីបានតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ក្រោយមក ឈុន ចយ បានរាយការណ៍អោយ ជាម្នី ប្រធានវរសេនាតូច កងពល១៧០ ថាខ្លួនបានកសាងអ្នកទាំង៣នេះបាន។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ឈុន ចយ មិនបានិយាយអីទៀតទេ។
