Chhun Chay, working in small cell, division 170, confessed that he indoctrinated Keat, Pen Sin, Siem and Hel were networks of Chema Ny because Ny indoctrinated them with treason ideology to join the Free Khmer movement since 1974.
ឈុន ចយ កងតូច កងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ គាត, ប៉ែន ស៊ីន, សៀម និង ហ៊ែល ជាមនុស្សរបស់ ជាម្នី អប់រំកសាងបញ្ចូលជាខ្មែរសេរីបានតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មកមេ្លះ។
