Mr. Sola Vila (Cuba)said that his delegation would vote against the draft resolution because that text did not reflect what was happening to the population Kampuchea. Instead of condemning the real murderers of that people, namely, the Pol Pot regime, the text condemned the victims of one of the most barbarous genocides of the twentieth century.
