Chhun Chay, working in small cell, division 170, confessed that after the liberation day in Phnom Penh, he indoctrinated Chin Thai with treason to join Free Khmer. Chin Thai received the order from Chhun Chay to shot a bullet into the air while the guest car was coming in front of his house.
ឈុន ចយ កងតូច កងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា ជិន ថៃ ជាមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនអប់រំ និងបញ្ចូលជាខ្មែរសេរីបាននៅក្រោយរំដោះ ភ្នំពេញ។ ជិន ថៃ បានបាញ់កាំភ្លើង១គ្រាប់បង្ហើរឡើង លើពេលឡានភ្ញៀវមកដល់មុខផ្ទះ។ សកម្មភាពនេះ ថៃ ធើ្វតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ ឈុន ជយ។
