Yang Sam and other 200 Cambodian survivors of Khmer Rouge wrote a letter to UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher to ask her to take action against the Khmer Rouge genocide by seeking a judgement from the world court that the terrible crime and great harm of genocide was done against the people of Cambodia.
