Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of division 502, confession that during the war between 1973 and 1974, Kheng, soldier of platoon 102 in region 33, was disloyal to the revolution, under the control of Set, member of battalion 102. In 1974, Kheng took three-kind plan from Set to implement. The three-kind plan was to build up traitorous forces in order to send them to Yoeun, top leader in Phnom Srang Mountain, to incite combatants to escape from the battlefield, and to destroy the Angkar's ammunition and weapon. Between 1974 and 1975, Kheng continuously carried out activities to destroy the party's fighting plan, which attempted to fight toward Phnom Penh.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ខេង កម្មាភិបាលកងអនុសេនាតូច ១០២ តំបន់ ៣៣ ក្បត់បដិវត្ដក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ឈ្មោះ សិត វរសេនាតូច ១០២ តាំងពីសង្គ្រាម ១៩៧៣-១៩៧៤មេ្ល៉ះ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខេង បាន ទទួលផែនការពី សិត ៣ បញ្ហមកអនុវត្ដន៍ គឺ កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ដើម្បីបញ្ជូនទៅឱ្យឈ្មោះ យឿន ដែលជាមេធំនៅភំ្នស្រង់ បំផុស យុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលសមរភូមិ បំផ្លាញគ្រាប់-អាវុធ របស់អង្គការ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤-១៩៧៥ ខេង នៅតែបន្ដអនុវត្ដសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញ ផែនការប្រយុទ្ធរបស់បក្ស ដែលសំរុកចូលភំ្នពេញ។
