Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of division 502, admitted that in 1974, Noeun, deputy chief of platoon 102 group, region 33, was a hidden force, who had been assigned by Moeun, member of region 25, to carry out treacherous activities with Set in battalion 102. In 1974, he and Noeun stole one 60-mm gun and two machine guns and then threw them away; moreover, Noeun spoiled the party's fighting plan by opening way for enemy soldiers to fight to get Prey Torting battlefield, and persuaded some combatants to flee to home.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ នឿន កាលពី ១៩៧៤ ជាអនុក្រុមអនុសេនាតូច ១០២ តំបន់ ៣៣ ជាមនុស្សដែលឈ្មោះ មឿន នៅតំបន់ ២៥ អប់រំបានឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពជាមួយ សិត វរសេនាតូច ១០២។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ ខ្លួន និង នឿន បានលួចយកគ្រឿងកាំភើ្លង ៦០ មីលីម៉ែត្រ និងមីត្រឺយើុ ២ ដើមយកទៅចោល។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ នឿន បាន បំផ្លាញផែនការប្រយុទ្ធរបស់បក្ស ដោយបានបើកផ្លូវ ឱ្យទាហានចូលមក យកសមរភូមិព្រៃទទឹងបានវិញ និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជន ឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះអស់មួយចំនួន។
