Ty Pon aka Phim, chief of region 32 farm office, confessed that Khim, soldier of region 32 farm office, stole 70 cows and 30 sacks of rice and then sold them for [the enemies]soldiers. Moreover, he assigned hidden forces to hide in district 27 military unit and convinced people to escape from cooperative.
ឈ្មាះ ទី ប៉ុន ហៅ ភឹម ប្រធានកសិដ្ឋានតំបន់ ៣២ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ឃីម យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរកសិដ្ឋាន តំបន់ ៣២ បានលួចគោ ៧០ ក្បាល និងស្រូវ ៣០ បាវ យកទៅលក់ឱ្យពួកទាហាន។ បានបង្កប់ កម្លាំងកុ្នងទ័ពស្រុក ២៧ និងបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យចេញពីសហករណ៍។
