Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-98, confessed that in September 1976 woman Net, female soldier of P-98, received the plot from Rom, chief of surgery section, to kill cadre and soldiers who had treatment in hospital P-98. Moreover, woman Net joined to steal medicines instrument and medicines, and to provoke conflict in one unit to another.
ផ្លុង នាត ហៅ ធី យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យ ព-៩៨ ឆ្លើយពី ណែត យុទ្ធនារី ព-៩៨ ថាៈ នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦ ណែត ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី រ៉ុម ប្រធានក្រុមវះកាត់ អោយសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលយុទ្ធជន ដែលព្យាបាល ជំងឺនៅ ពេទ្យ ព-៩៨។ អោយលួចសម្ភារៈ ថ្នាំពេទ្យ និងបង្កទំនាស់ ពីអង្កភាពមួយទៅអង្គភាពមួយ។
