Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-98, confessed that in September 1976 Sokha conspired with Ret, soldier of P-98, to steal 3 jars of Pra Hok (fish-paste), 3 jars of Pha-ak (fish-paste), 1 sack of salt and 50 kilograms of dry-fish, and gave those to their network.
