Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-98, confessed that in September 1976 woman Rit, group chief of dentist section of P-98, received the plot from Rom, group chief of surgery, to kill cadre and soldiers who had treatment in hospital P-98. Moreover, Rit stole medicines and to provoke conflict in one unit to another.
