Yin Sophi in the 16-yr. political struggle had been a monk, and was connected to the Khmer Serei and had 3 stripes in the Khmer Serei (BKI 126 A, B, p. 340) ~ had power to make arrests across zone boundaries ;notes: "lived on the border of the zone so he had general rights.
