Summary / Abstract :

Dith Pran, Haing Ngor and David Hawk would like to make three recommendations to senator Alan Cranston and his fellows. The three recommendations were US opposition to the return of the Khmer Rouge, US support for the non-communist parties and the need for direct US contact with the Hun Sen regime in Phnom Penh.
