Phat Chantha aka Phai, chief of group in factory D-1, confessed that Khoeun, chief of Sotr Nikum district, attended to received the plot from Khuon to bring disintegration soldiers and people, to persuade soldiers to flee home, to build up Free Khmer forces and to destroy the party's forces.
ផាត ចន្ថា ហៅ ផៃ មេក្រុមរោងចក្រ ដ-១ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពី ឃឿន គណៈស្រុកសូត្រនិគម ថាៈ បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការពី ឃួន អោយបំបែកបំបាក់កងទ័ព និងប្រជាជន បំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ទៅ ផ្ទះ កសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី និងកំទេចកម្លាំងបក្ស។
