ផាន់ យឹង ហៅ ហន យុទ្ធជនរទេះភើ្លងភំ្នពេញ បានសារភាពថា ភាព ប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ ក្បត់ បានទទួលការចាត់តាំងពី ម៉ុន ហៅ ហេន ឱ្យមកបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅរទេះភើ្លង មានផែនការកំទេច រទេះភើ្លង និងកំទេចបដិវត្ដ។
