Summary / Abstract :

Joel R. Charny, SE Asia Projects officer of Oxfam America, wrote a letter to David Hawk to confirm that CDC's proposal to study and document the Cambodian holocaust was important. Already, politicians, diplomats and sympathizers with the Khmer Rouge were begining the process of whitewashing the Pol Pot regime.
