Kong Sokha (alias Soeun), a fifth-grade teacher living in Phnom Penh in Ang Ta Som Village, Ang Ta Som Commune, Tram Kak District, was involved in acts of theft and politics by urging youths to criticize the revolution because he found it difficult to adjust to living under the socialist revolutionary government. He later collaborated with another young man by the name Vong Chantha and formed a gang that avoided working, especially that of planting dry-season rice. After all attempts to reform him by the local party cell failed, it was resolved to move him to a mobile work unit.
គង់ សុខា ហៅ សឿន នៅភូមិអង្គតាសោម ឃុំអង្គតាសោម ស្រុកត្រាំកក់ មុខអារជាគ្រូបង្រៀនថ្នាក់ទី៥ ចេញពីភ្នំពេញ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពចំពោះមុខ គឺ លួចម្តង និងធ្វើសកម្មភាព នយោបាយ ណែនាំយុវជន ឱ្យបណ្តុះ បង្អាប់បដិវត្តន៍។ គាត់មិនចេះរស់នៅជាមួយបដិវត្តន៍បែបជារបបសង្គមនិយមស្អីនោះទេ។ ដល់ក្រោយមក គាត់បានជួប យុវជនម្នាក់ ឈ្មោះ វង់ចន្ថា រួមគ្នាជាសមូហភាព បង្កជាក្រុម មួយខ្ជិល នាំគ្នាមិនទៅ ធ្វើស្រែប្រាំង។ អង្គការបក្សមូលដ្ឋាន អស់លទ្ធភាពក្នុងការអប់រំ បានសម្រច បញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅនៅអង្គភាព កងចល័ត។
