The situation of Kampuchean refugees in Thailand had gone through three phases. the first was the Khmer fleeing the fighting in Kampuchea. The second phase was the learning of the world of the straggering suffering of the Khmer people. And the third phase was the Khmer refugee's experience in Thailand.
