Summary / Abstract :
|
Mr. Yang Sam and 200 Cambodian survivors of Khmer Rouge wrote a letter to Swedish Prime Minister because Sweden had signed the International Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. They were asking the Prime Minister to take action against the Khmer Rouge genocide by seeking a judgement from the World Court.
