Nop Khun aka Pheap, working at battalion 117, confessed that Sreng, chief of medical staff economic in region 34, northern zone, received the plot to convince soldier to be afraid of the front line, to provoke conflict in hospital, to give injection in order to kill soldiers and cadre and to convince former farmer not to support the front line.
ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច ១១៧ បានសារភាពពី សេ្រង ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចពេទ្យ តំបន់ ៣៤ ឧត្ដរថាៈ ទទួលផែនការអោយ បំផុស យុទ្ធជនអោយខ្លាចសមរភូមិ បំផុសទំនាស់ក្នុងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ចាក់ថ្នាំសម្លាប់យុទ្ធជន និងកម្មាភិបាល ហើយបានបំផុសកសិករចាស់ មិនអោយឧបត្ថម្ភនៅសមរភូមិមុខ។
