Nop Khun aka Pheap, working at battalion 117, confessed that Chey, soldier of hospital in region 35, northern zone, received the plot from Pheap to convince soldier to be afraid of the front line, to provoke conflict in hospital, to give injection to kill soldiers and cadre and to convince former farmer not to support the front line.
ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច ១១៧ បានសារភាពពី ជៃ យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរពេទ្យ តំបន់ ៣៥ ឧត្ដរថាៈ បានទទួលផែនការពី ភាព អោយបំផុសយុទ្ធជន អោយខ្លាចសមរភូមិ បំផុសទំនាស់ក្នុងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ចាក់ថ្នាំសម្លាប់យុទ្ធជន និងកម្មាភិបាល ហើយបំផុសកសិករចាស់ មិនអោយឧបត្ថម្ភសមរភូមិមុខ។
