Summary / Abstract :

The text talks about the effort of Prince Norodom Sihanouk who asked for the withdrawal of Vietnamese armed forces from Cambodia. Prince Sihanouk also reunited all the conflict parties to come to the country to form a new government and wrote a new constitution, which was supported by Japan, France, Australia, South East Asian Nations and the United States. France also spent 3 million Francs to restore the Cambodian Embassy in Paris for a temporary residence for Prince Sihanouk.
