On october 18, 1977, Deng Uy, chief of Ampil district in region 3, Northwest zone, was detained in S-21 by Angkar. He made a confession of his betrayal activities before and after the liberation day such as sending planes to bomb at Prey Thom village twice, mobilizing people to fight against the revolution, encouraging people to join enemies, assigning the rich to be leaders and assigning new people to be chief of collective.
ដែង អ៊ុយ មានតួនាទីជាលេខាស្រុកអំពិល តំបន់៣ ភូមិភាគពាយ័ព្យ ត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់យកទៅឃុំខ្លួននៅមន្ទីរស-២១នៅថ្ងៃ១៨ តុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។ នៅក្នុងចម្លើយសារភាពនេះ សាម៉ីជនបាន រៀបរាប់អំពីសកម្មភាពក្បត់របស់ខ្លួនតាំងមុនថ្ងៃរំដោះរហូតដល់ក្រោយ ថ្ងៃរំដោះដូចជាៈ ហៅយន្ដហោះឱ្យមកទម្លាក់នៅភូមិព្រៃធំចំនួន ២លើកកសាងកម្លាំង ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យរត់ទៅ ខាងខ្មាំងចាត់តាំងពួកអ្នកមានឱ្យកាន់តួនាទីដឹកនាំ និងចាត់តាំងប្រជាជន ១៧មេសា ឱ្យដឹកនាំក្នុងសហករណ៍។
