Summary / Abstract :

Son Sen served as Defense Minister and Deputy Prime Minister through out the four years of Pol Pot's DK regime and was responsible for some of the most barbaric attacks on civilians. On September 24, 1977, Son Sen's troops killed nearly 300 Vietnamese peasants in a single cross-border raid.
