Summary / Abstract :

The appeal by 200 survivors of Cambodian massacre by the Pol Pot regime to the signatories of the convention on the prevention and punishment of the crimes of genocide deserved special consideration. No one could deny the atrocities committed during Pol Pot's reign of terror.
