Pang Sokh Khon, worker of factory B-4, confessed that in April 1973, Yan, worker of cigarette factory, joined the C.I.A. In July 1974, Yan recruited [workers]as [traitorous] soldiers. In July 1976, Yan broke down one sawing machine. On July 10, 1976 Yan received plan to recruit traitorous forces in factory in order to destroy the revolutionary forces and burn down power plant, textile factory, sauce factory, and cigarette factory.
នារីឈ្មោះ ប៉ាង សុខខុន កម្មកររោងចក្របារី ប-៤ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ យ៉ាន កម្មកររោងចក្របារី បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅខែ៤-១៩៧៣។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៤ បានប្រមូលកម្លាំងឱ្យចូល ធ្វើទាហានបាន ២០ នាក់។ ខែ ៦-១៩៧៦ ធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ាស៊ីន អារឈើ ១ គ្រឿង។ ថ្ងៃទី១០-៧-១៩៧៦ ទទួលផែនការឱ្យ កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់តាមរោងចក្រ កំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ ដុតរោងចក្រ អគិ្គសនី រោងចក្រតម្បាញ រោងចក្រទឹកស៊ីអ៊ីវ និងរោងចក្របារី ប-៤។
