A woman, Samneng aka Srim, working as a White Khmer's spy, confessed that she indoctrinated Eng to hate the revolutionary regime, while Eng hospitalized at the hospital. Moreover, Eng was assigned continuously to convince people to hate the revolution.
នារី សំណេង ហៅស្រ៉ីម ជាភ្នាក់ងារយកការណ៍របស់ខ្មែរស បាន និយាយថានៅពេលដេកពេទ្យ នៅស្រុកបារាយណ៍ឈ្មោះ អេង បាន ទទួលការឃោសនាអប់រំពីវា«សំណេង»អោយស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ ហើយ អោយដើរឃោសនាបន្ដទៀតដើម្បីអោយប្រជាជនកាន់តែស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
