Muy Bun Thann, male, 32, had a certificate of high technology from Battambang Technical Faculty and a certificate of Kampuchea Power Plant Technical Agent. He joined CIA at Kampuchea Power Plant in 1974 and received CIA's plot to criticize the revolution for having insufficiency and to persuade workers to be unhappy with the revolution because the responsible person often had more than ration.
មុយ ប៊ុនថាន់ ភេទប្រុស អាយុ ៣២ឆ្នាំ មានសញ្ញាប័ត្របចេ្ចក ទេសជាន់ខ្ពស់ពីមហាវិទ្យាល័យបចេ្ចកទេសបាត់ដំបង និងមាន សញ្ញាប័ត្រភ្នាក់ងារបចេ្ចកទេសអគិ្គសនីកម្ពុជា។ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ នៅអគិ្គសនីកម្ពុជា ហើយបានទទួលភារកិច្ចពីសេអ៊ីអា ដូចជានិយាយទិតៀនបដិវត្ដច្រើនពីរឿងខ្វះខាតរបស់អង្គការនិងនិយាយពីរឿងអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវច្រើនហូបខុសរបប នាំឱ្យកម្មករពុំសប្បាយ ចិត្ដជាមួយអង្គការ។
