Moeng Sopheap and Pol Thoeun indoctrinated Yann to betray the revolution. In January 1973, the two convinced Yann to serve in CIA movement. After that the three conspired with each other to persuade people living in enemy area and to manage plan to carry such as: to persuade soldiers to flee home, to denounce the party guideline, to destroy revolutionary production, to starve people of not enoughfood and to do riot.
មុឹង សុភាព និងប៉ុល ធឿន បានអប់រំ យ៉ាន់ ឱ្យក្បត់បដិវត្ដបាន។ ដល់ខែ១-១៩៧៣ អ្នកទាំងពីរបានបញ្ចូល យ៉ាន់ ជាសេអ៊ីអា បន្ទាប់អ្នកទាំង ៣ បានរួមគ្នាបំផុសប្រជាជននៅតំបនខ្មាំង និងដាក់ ផែនការឱ្យអនុវត្ដ ដូចជាបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ បំផ្លើសមាគ៌ាបក្ស និងបំផ្លាញផលបដិវត្ដ បង្អត់បាយប្រជាជន មិនឱ្យហូបឆ្អែត និង ផែនការធ្វើវិឆេ្ឆតកម្មវាយបកបដិវត្ដវិញ។
