កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
The reason to betray the party was that Song, secretary of regiment 13, indoctrinated Prakk Chhean, soldier of small cell 3, company 2, battalion 133, regiment 13, division 310. Song invited Chhean to convene 4 meetings dedicated widely to indoctrinate the tendency element with the recruitment of those lazy working to integrate them into our traitorous network. This would enable us to attack the party, collect rice and ammunition in preparation for anti-party war, hide secrecy, hire demographers, and assign the free element to military unit. The practical activities of Chhean were to convince6 soldiers and join CIA in December 1975 with Song, being an introducer at Khmer Sport Center.
