Comrade Rit, So, Soe, and Chheng made a report to brother Hem on the meeting with comrade Chinese which presented by Yan, Ma, Sav, Ly and Hong (interpreter)on January 17, 1978. During the meeting the problems related to commercial link in importing and exporting each Chinese product had been raised.
សមមិត្ដ រិត, សូ, សី និង ឆេង បានធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយមិត្ដចិន គឺសមមិត្ដ យាន, ម៉ា, សាវ, លី និង ហុង «អ្នកបកប្រែ»នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៧-០១-១៩៧៨។ ការជួបពិភាក្សានេះ បានលើកឡើងពីបញ្ហាទំនាក់ ទំនងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្នុងការនាំចូលនាំចេញផលិតផលរបស់ ចិន នីមួយៗ។
