Comrade Rit, So, Chheng and Phat would like to report to brother Hem on the meeting with comrade Chinese which presented by comrade Yan, Ma, Chai and woman Foeng on January 15, 1978 at the Ministry of Commerce. During the discussion Cambodian purchased medicine emergently in order to save injured soldiers.
សមមិត្ដ រិត, សូ, ឆេង និង ផាត សូមរាយការជូនបងហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយមិត្ដចិន ដែលមានសមមិត្ដ យាន, ម៉ា, ចៃ និង នារីហ្វីង នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១៥-០១-១៩៧៨។ ការពិភាក្សាគ្នានេះខាងកម្ពុជា គឺលើពីការស្នើទិញថ្នាំពេទ្យ ជាបន្ទាន់ ដើម្បីជួយស្រោចស្រង់យុទ្ធជនរបួស។
