Chhim Oeun was a chief of small cell, big cell 14, department 24. He entered the revolution in district 18 and was educated to be traitor by Sam Neang in 1973. In 1974 he lost contact with Sam Neang so he came to contact with Sao in stead. Oeun provoked militia women to be affraid of the battle and made the unit became chaotic. In the last part of his confession there were 24 cliques.
ឈឹម អឿន ប្រធានកងតូច កងធំ ១៤ មន្ទីរ ២៤។ អឿន ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅមន្ទីរស្រុក ១៨ ហើយបានទទួលការអប់រំក្បត់នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ពីឈ្មោះ សំនាង។ ១៩៧៤ ដាច់ខ្សែទាក់ទងពី សំនាង ហើយមកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយឈ្មោះ សៅ វិញ។ អឿន បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពបំផុសយុទ្ធនារីឱ្យខ្លាចសមរភូមិ និងធ្វើឱ្យអ្នកអង្គភាពច្របូក ច្របល់។ នៅខាងក្រោយបង្អស់នៃចម្លើយសារភាពបានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ បក្ខពួកចំនួន ២៤ នាក់ទៀត។
