The letter sent to comrade Rit, K-51 about the ministries that had not purchased the equipment in 1978. The letter also asked to check the babies syringe which were not able to purchase. [We]did not have the syringes for the babies; if we used the adult syringes, the vessel would be torn and wound.
លិខិតផ្ញើជូនសមមិត្ដ រិត ក-៥១ អំពីក្រសួងនានាមិនទាន់ធ្វើការ ស្នើទិញសំភារៈក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៨ និងស្នើពិនិត្យអំពីម្ជុលសំរាប់ បន្ដោកសេរ៉ូម ទារក មិនអាចទិញបានទេ។ យើងគ្មានម្ជុលសំរាប់ ទារកទេ បើយកម្ជុលមនុស្សធំចាក់និងធ្វើឱ្យរហែកសរសៃ នឹងដំបៅ សាច់។
