The contract No.78 MK was signed between Cambodia and China on May 10, 1978 about the offering of equipment, machines for Saudkaustik factory through trading. The purchasing was made by Khmer company for Foreign Trade of Democratic Kampuchea.
កិច្ចសន្យាលេខ ៧៨ អឹមខេ ដែលចុះហត្ថលេខា នៅថ្ងៃទី ១០-៥-៧៨ រវាងកម្ពុជាចិន ស្ដីពីការផ្ដល់គ្រឿងបរិក្ខា ម៉ាស៊ីនសំរាប់ រោងចក្រ ស៊ូដកូស្ទីក តាមរយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ភាគីទិញគឺក្រុមហ៊ុនខ្មែរ សំរាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រទេស នៃកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។
