Mom Saroeun aka Mony, deputy chief of company, division 290, confessed that after Sovann had conflicted with the Angkar, he was demoted from the position of 50-cell chief to be a group chief. Because of that event, Mony took opportunity to indoctrinate Sovann to betray the party and assigned Sovann to steal truck's wheels of ministry of commerce of eastern zone to throw away. Beside that, Mony did not clarify.
មុំ សាវឿន ហៅ មុនី អនុអនុសេនាធំ កងពល២៩០ បាន និយាយថា សុ វ៉ាន់ ធ្លាប់មានតំណែងជាកងហារ បន្ទាប់មក ធ្លាក់មកនៅមេក្រុមដោយ សុវ៉ាន់ មានទំនាស់ជាមួយអង្គការ ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។ ដោយឃើញសភាពបែបនេះ ទើបខ្លួនអូសទាញ សុវ៉ាន់ អោយកប្បត់បក្សបាន។ មុនី បានចាត់តាំង សុវ៉ាន់ អោយលួចកង់ឡានរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មភូមិភាគបូព៌ាយកទៅ បោះចោល។ ក្រៅពីនេះ មុនី ក្ដាប់មិនបាន។
