He joined the revolution in 1972 as a soldier in the Northwest Zone. In 1973, he started actions allegedly opposing the revolution by reporting to enemy to set fire to the people's houses and to bomb the village. He was arrested on 12th October, 1977.
គាត់បានចូលរួមបដិវត្ដន៍នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ធ្វើជាទាហាននៅក្នុងភូមិភាគ ពាយព្យ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ គាត់បានចាប់ផ្ដើមប្រឆាំងនឹងបដិវត្ដន៍ ដោយរាយការណ៍ទៅឱ្យខ្មាំង ដើម្បីដុតផ្ទះរបស់ប្រជាជន និង ទម្លាក់ គ្រាប់បែកក្នុងភូមិ។ គាត់បានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧។
