Report of comrade Sey ann Chheng to commerce committee on discussion with chinese as Ly, San, Lay at the Embassy of China , on Febraury 01, 1978. Discussion on tranportation by Yong Khang ship and Chhoeng Teu ship. On sailon of San Khoy, Chief of group, disappeared and found the deat and was cremation . ash and material of San Khoy shipped by Yong Khang ship and arrive on tomorrow.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍របស់សមមិត្ដ សី និង ឆេង ជូនចំពោះគណៈកម្មាធិកាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ស្ដីពីការជួបការពិភាក្សាជាមួយមិត្ដ ចិន មាន សមមិត្ដ លី, សាន និង ឡាយ នៅស្ថានទូតចិន ថ្ងៃទី១-កុម្ភះ-១៩៧៨។ ការពិភាក្សាពីបញ្ហាដឹកជញ្ជូន តាមកប៉ាល់ យ៉ុង ខាង និង កប៉ាល់ ឆឹង តឺ។ អំពីនាវឹកឈ្មោះ សន ខុយ ប្រធានក្រុមដែលបាត់ ខ្លួននេះ ហើយបានរកឃើញសាកសពហើយ ព្រមទាំងបានរៀបចំ ពិធីឈាបនកិច្ចរួចហើយ។ ធាតុ និងសម្ភាររបស់ សន ខុយ ដាក់តាមកប៉ាល់ យ៉ុង ខាង មកដល់ថ្ងៃស្អែកនេះ។
