In charge of staff logistics of zone military, Ham, living in Thma Puok, Kampong Kul sub-district, Battambang district, was a stylish man and had a sexual intercourse with women in 1968. With a riffle, Ham surrendered to the enemy but after the coup, he rejoined the revolution. In 1971, Ham served as a soldier in Battambang. Han assigned Hoeng and him to train soldiers there. On April 13, 1975, Ham met Hing in Sisophon and confiscated Lai's truck.
ឈ្មោះ ហំ មានតួនាទីទទួលខុសត្រូវខាងភស្ដុភារសេនាធិការយោធា ភាគ។ ហំ ជាកូនអ្នកថ្មពួក ឃុំកំពង់គល់ ស្រុកបាត់ដំបង ជាមនុស្ស ហ៊ឺហា ខិលខូចដើរលបនារីនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨។ ហំ បានយកអាវុធមួយ ដើមមកសារភាពជាមួយខ្មាំងនៅត្រែង តែក្រោយរដ្ឋប្រហារចូល បដិវត្ដន៍វិញ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ហំ ចូលធ្វើទ័ពស្រុកបាត់ដំបង ហើយត្រូវបង កន ចាត់តាំងឱ្យទៅធ្វើកម្មាភិបាលបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល យុទ្ធជន នៅបាត់ដំបងជាមួយឈ្មោះ ហីង។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៣ មេសា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ហំ ទៅជួប ហីង នៅស៊ីសុផុនទាក់ទងដកឡានពីឈ្មោះ ឡៃ។
