The report to brother Hem was about meeting with friend China on 16-03-1977 at China embassy. China received the information about some materials arrving in Kampuchea via ships [Voutou and Thang San]if Kampuchea wanted to buy. It was sent to brother Hem, brother Vorn, K-51 and documentation.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបងហែមស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដចិននៅថ្ងៃ ១៦-៣-១៩៧៧ នៅស្ថានទូតចិន។ ចិនបានជូនដំណឹងពីសម្ភារៈមួយចំនួន ដែលមកដល់កម្ពុជាតាមរយៈកប៉ាល់«វូទូ និង ថាងសាន»បើកម្ពុជា មានបំណងចង់ទិញបញ្ជាក់ឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់។ ផ្ញើជូនបងហែម, បងវន, ក-៥១ និងខាងឯកសារ។
