The report sent to brother Hem on the meeting with comrade Korean at the Ministry of Commerce on December 15, 1978 at 09 a.m. During the meeting Korean informed about cargo ships which would arrived Cambodia in December this year. Korean continued that in order to improve trading between the two countries, Cambodia and Korea, Korean wanted [us]to send 3000 tons of rubber. The other problems we had successfully solved with Korean. Could you please be a ware of this. Document sent to brother Hem, K-51, and Document Department.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដកូរ៉េនៅថ្ងៃ ១៥-១២-១៩៧៨ ម៉ោង៩ព្រឹកនៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ការជួបគ្នានេះ កូរ៉េជូនដំណឹងពីកប៉ាល់ដឹកទំនិញនឹងមកដល់កម្ពុជានៅខែធ្នូឆ្នាំនេះ។ គុរ៉េបានបន្ដថា ដើម្បីពង្រឹងផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ កម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ ហេតុនេះសុំឱ្យយើងផ្ដល់កៅស៊ូចំនួន ៣០០០ តោន។ ចំពោះបញ្ហាផេ្សងៗទៀតយើងបានដោះស្រាយជាមួយកូរ៉េរួចរាល់ អស់ហើយដែរ។ សូមបងជ្រាបជាព័ទមាន។ ឯកសារនេះផ្ញើជូនបង ហែម, ក-៥១ និងខាងឯកសារ។
