The report to brother Hem was about meeting with friend China on 06-04-1977 at 8:30 at ministry of foreign affairs. This meeting importantly discussed the problems which Kampuchea received ships in January, spare parts, rice machines, and air gas. It was sent to brother Hem, brother Vorn, K-51 and documentation.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដចិននៅថ្ងៃ៦-៤-១៩៧៧ នៅម៉ោង៨ៈ៣០ នៅសក្រសួងការបរទេស។ ការជួបពិភាក្សាគ្នានេះផ្ដោតសំខាន់ទៅលើបញ្ហាកម្ពុជាទទួលកប៉ាល់ នៅខែមករា បញ្ហាគ្រឿងបន្លាស់ម៉ាស៊ីនកិនស្រូវ បញ្ហាបេ្រងសាំង អាកាសចរណ៍ជាដើម។ ផ្ញើជូនបងហែម, បងវន, ក-៥១ និងខាង ឯកសារ។
