The report was made to brother Hem on the courtesy with comrade Chinese at the Ministry of Commerce on 07-01-1978 at 8.30 am.China gived some idea about trading between both countries and gived information about Hong Chheu ship will arrive Cambodia on 07-01-1978 and China required waiting for received too.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដចិននៅថ្ងៃ ៧-១-១៩៧៨ ម៉ោង៨ៈ៣០នាទីព្រឹក នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ចិនមាន យោបល់ស្ដីពីការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរបានល្អប្រសើរ និងជូនដំណឹងពីកប៉ាល់ហុងឈីនិងមកដល់កម្ពុជានៅថ្ងៃ ៧-១១-៩៧៨ នេះ ហើយចិនបានស្នើឱ្យកម្ពុជាចាំទទួលផង។
