The report was made to brother Hem on the courtesy with comrade Chinese at the ministry of commerce at 3:15 p.m. on 28 April 1978. China informed Kampuchea of the arrival of the wheat, hurriedly requested by Kampuchea in early April 1978. The transport of diesel, a kind of ship painting, and tractor repairer were due to arrive at Kampuchea.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដចិននៅថ្ងៃ ២៨-៤-១៩៧៨ ម៉ោង៣ៈ១៥នាទី នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ចិនបានប្រាប់ពី ស្រូវសាឡីដែលកម្ពុជាស្នើប្រញាប់នោះបានរៀបចំដឹកមកនៅដើម ខែ៤-១៩៧៨នេះហើយ។ ការប្រគល់បេ្រងម៉ាស៊ូត ក្រុមជួសជុល ត្រាក់ទ័រនឹងមកដល់កម្ពុជា និងថ្នាំលាបកប៉ាល់ចម្បាំង។
