The report was made to brother Hem on the courtesy with comrade Chinese at the Ministry of Commerce on 24-01-1978 at 4 pm.Chinese controlled ordering equipment for repaire bridge machine and requested sending technician to Cambodia and railway problem.How Cambodia decided? Cambodia agree to receive technician who Chinese transferred and gave the information back to Chinese about exist product.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដចិននៅថ្ងៃ ២៤-១-១៩៧៨ ម៉ោង៤រសៀល នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ចិនបានពិនិត្យ ការស្នើទិញសម្ភារៈសំរាប់ជួសជុលស្ពានយន្ដរបស់កម្ពុជា ហើយបាន ស្នើបញ្ជូនអ្នកបចេ្ចកទេសមកកម្ពុជានិងបញ្ហាផ្លូវដែក តើកម្ពុជាសំរេច យ៉ាងណា។ ចំណែកកម្ពុជាបានយល់ព្រមទទួលអ្នកបចេ្ចកទេសដែលចិន បញ្ជូនមក ហើយក៍បានជូនដំណឹងទៅចិនវិញនូវផលិតផលដែលយើង មាន។
