The report was made to brother Hem on the courtesy with comrade Chinese at the Ministry of Commerce on 17-01-1978 at 8 a.m.China talked about the price of goods almost happen in the plan that Cambodia ordered equipment such as machine, metal, chemi-industry, textile, vegetable oil and food.Chinese said about goods that Cambodia exported mostly their need.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដចិននៅថ្ងៃ ១៧-១-១៩៧៨ ម៉ោង៨ព្រឹក នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ចិនបានលើកបញ្ហា ថ្លៃទំនិញមានការកើតឡើងច្រើនជាងក្នុងគំរោងដែលកម្ពុជាបានស្នើ ទិញសម្ភារៈដូចជាគ្រឿងយន្ដ, លោហធាតុ, គីមីឧស្សាហកម្មស្រាល, តម្បាញ, បេ្រងសំរាប់បរិភោគនិងស្បៀង។ ចិនក៍បាននិយាយពី ទំនិញដែលកម្ពុជានាំចេញជាទំនិញ ភាគច្រើនដែលចិនត្រូវការ។
