Mom Mony, deputy chief of company, division 290, confessed that Savoeun, cadre of company, battalion 213, regiment 21, division 290, betrayed the party through Sokun, cadre of artillery unit. In July 1972, Sokun assigned him, Seng, Sophal and Savoeun to join a meeting at Trapeang Seila village in order to spread out over the plot to carry out anti-revolutionary act.
មុំ មុនី អនុអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ២៩០ បានសារភាពថា សាវឿន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ២១៣ អនុអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ២៩០ ក្បត់តាមរយៈ សុគុណ កម្មាភិបាលកាំភើ្លងធំ ជាអ្នកអប់រំ។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧២ សុគុណ បានចាត់តាំងខ្លួន សេង, សុផល និង សាវឿន ឱ្យទៅប្រជុំនៅភូមិត្រពាំងសីលា ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយផែនការ ក្បត់ឱ្យបំផុសសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
