កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Mil Sovann aka Nup, 30 years old, lived in Prek Nup Village, Svay Pao Sub-district, Sangke District, Battambang Province. Between 1964 and 1965, he went to further study in Soviet. In 1966, Krin Nan introduced him into KGB. In 1974, he entered the liberation regions to separate Sihanouk from the Kampuchean revolution, to grasp Angkar's standpoint and strategies toward Sihanouk. Soviet and Vietnam were aimed at using Sihanouk as a counter-revolutionary tool. On September 29, 1975, he accompanied Sihanouk during a foreign tour. In 1976, upon his return, he served for Sihanouk and collected information in the royal palace to report to Sieng Lay Ny and separated from Angkar. Sovan contacted Lav Ry in Soviet to send letters to Sihanouk's son, Norindarapung. The letters were about the situation in Phnom Penh.
ម៉ិល សុវណ្ណ ហៅ នប់ អាយុ ៣០ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិ ព្រែកនប់ ឃុំស្វាយប៉ោ ស្រុកសង្កែ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៤-៦៥ ទៅរៀនបន្ដនៅសូវៀត។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៦ សុវណ្ណ ត្រូវបាន គ្រិន ណន នាំចូលកាហេ្សបេ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ សុវណ្ណ ចូលមកតំបន់រំដោះក្នុង ភារកិច្ចបំបែកសីហនុ ពីបដិវត្ដកម្ពុជា ក្ដាប់នូវគោលជំហរនិងយុទ្ធវិធី របស់អង្គការចំពោះសីហនុ ពីព្រោះសូវៀត និងវៀតណាមមាន គោលដៅអូសទាញសីហនុ យកមកប្រើជាឧបករណ៍ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ កម្ពុជា។ ថ្ងៃ២៩-៩-១៩៧៥ តាមសីហនុទៅបរទេស។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ សុវណ្ណ ត្រឡប់មកវិញបំរើសីហនុ ក្ដាប់សភាពការណ៍ ក្នុងវាំងរាយការណ៍ឱ្យឈ្មោះ សៀង ឡាយនី និង បំបែកសីហនុ ពីអង្គការ។ សុវណ្ណ ទាក់ទងឡាំវ រី នៅសូវៀតដើម្បីផ្ញើសំបុត្រឱ្យកូនសីហនុឈ្មោះនរិន្ទដារាពង្ស អំពីសភាពការណ៍នៅភ្នំពេញ។
