Comrade Im's bad standpoints on political point of view and the managements. Im didn't concentrate on his work with confession the enemy. Im was not careful with his work such as do unfinished report and do not care the party's duty. Im was angry while the others corrected him. Im was a heavy sleeper. Im intended to use good equipment. Im also made a real story happening in King's regime a funny story, and he missed his supported recommendation to the meeting. Sometime, he was late in taking and fighting enemy. Im did not work full time. Comrade Thy refreshed and criticized comrade Im to strengthen his standpoint on work and don't look down on party's duty.
មិត្ដ អ៊ីម នៅមានគុណវិបត្ដិមួយចំនួនចំពោះនយោបាយ សតិអារម្មណ៍ និងការចាត់តាំងដូចជា ពេលសួរខ្មាំងធ្វើការងារ បន្ទាប់បន្សំក្ដាប់ភារកិច្ចមិនជាប់ មិនសូវប្រយ័ត្នលើការងារស្នូល សរសេរសេចក្ដីរាយការខ្វះមុខខ្វះក្រោយ មើលស្រាលលើភារកិច្ច របស់បក្ស។ មហាជនធ្វើការកសាងមានសតិអារម្មណ៍ ដេកនៅស្ពឹក ស្រពន់ ឃើញសម្ភារៈល្អចង់បាន និយាយពីរឿងសង្គមចាស់ លេងសើច ខ្វះការអោយយោបល់ដល់អង្គប្រជុំ។ ពេលខ្លះទៅយក ខ្មាំងមិនទាន់ពេលវេលា ជំហរវាយសំរុកមិនទាន់ក្ដៅ ធ្វើការមិនបាន ពេញម៉ោងត្រឹមត្រូវនៅឡើយ។ មិត្ដ ធី បានធ្វើមតិកសាងមិត្ដអ៊ីម ថាៈស្នើយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់អោយខ្ពស់លើជំហរវាយសំរុកការងារកុំមើល ស្រាលលើភារកិច្ចរបស់បក្សអោយសោះ។
